These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("you" or "your") and The Platform & Synchronicity ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, platform, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Platform is a company based in New Zealand. We're developing a platform that allows creators to create accessible cinematic comics.

A. Account Creation

To access certain features, such as creating comics, you'll be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

B. User Conduct (Applicable Now and In the Future)

You agree to use the Service in a lawful and respectful manner. You will not use the Service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms, or that is unlawful or violates the rights of others.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the New Zealand Arbitration Centre. The arbitration shall be held in Auckland, New Zealand.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision or any other provision of these Terms.
